TBB was founded in 2014 with a clear vision — to raise the standard of fitness in Limerick.
What began as a warehouse-style gym in Raheen quickly became a thriving community of people committed to improving their health, strength and mindset. From day one, we focused on creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where everyone could train hard and feel supported.
As demand grew, we evolved. TBB Plus was introduced to offer premium, coach-led functional training across both Raheen and Coonagh — delivering expert programming in purpose-built spaces.
In 2025, we opened our 28,000 sq ft Coonagh facility, continuing our investment in premium fit-outs, world-class equipment and expansive training environments designed to elevate the everyday gym experience.
