Movement is key to living a healthy enjoyable life. Resistance training is so important for people to experience good mobility, good mental health, to feel strong, to look and feel better. And food freedom is so much easier when your body has more muscle mass which in turn means no on/off diets all year long. My aim is to educate my clients and get them to understand that resistance training is the best thing you can do for your body and mind. I guide people to reach their body composition, body fat or muscle mass goals whilst teaching form and providing you with endless amounts of support.
