I began my journey with Breen over 4 years ago and have lost over 25kg. And now, I can proudly say, I’m the fittest and most confident I’ve ever been! Each session, I look forward to knowing I will be challenged, but it will also be fun and enjoyable.  I couldn’t recommend Breen enough, he’s always a pleasure to be around.
