I was never a gym person before training with Niall. To our sessions, he brought not only a wealth of knowledge, but an unmatched enthusiasm that turned the gym into a playground. I dropped close to 30kg to hit my goal weight, increased my strength and explosive power and developed the confidence to use the gym. In his own time, Niall researched the sport I played to better understand my needs and developed a plan around it. In our first year working together, With a heavy focus on form I always felt in control of my progression.
