Training for Rugby

Training comes so naturally to him and with such a friendly face and a warming presence I couldn’t recommend him enough as a personal trainer. I chose Niall because of the level of dedication he puts in his personal training. As a rugby player himself, I thought he would be a great help with my own training for the women’s team. We started training when I had little to no knowledge of the inside of a gym and was extremely anxious about starting to work out. Niall made the experience extremely calm & comfortable. Although he started slow and steadily with me, helping me find my bearings with the equipment, routine and diets, he pushed me beyond limits I never thought possible, while teaching me to enjoy a workout.  I was also playing women’s rugby at the time and kickboxing. Niall was incredible in helping me train for such a variety of physical activities. I needed speed and to be light on my feet for kickboxing while dropping weight for competition, and with rugby I needed strength and muscle gain for tackling and scrums. Niall adapted our training to help with every aspect of what I needed.
