Paul Costelloe (Class Instructor/Personal Trainer)
My passion for health & fitness comes from my background in a wide variety of sports growing up. I played soccer, rugby, Gaelic football and athletics all through primary and secondary school. But since leaving school I have primarily focused on sprinting.
I can show you the way to transfer your training for strength, speed and power in the gym to improved performance on the sports field or track. My training features a strong emphasis on improving fundamental movement patterns and improving all aspects of fitness. This can even be beneficial for personal training of older adults.

Fun Fact: I am currently a 100/200 meter sprinter with medals at the national and university level, having earned personal bests of 10.65 and 21.42.
