Luke McCormack (Class Instructor/Personal Trainer)
About Luke:
Since a young age I’ve always loved being in the gym and playing sport. I learned how to train through rugby programs and eventually started to enjoy the gym just as much as I enjoyed playing rugby. That is when I decided a personal training career would be best suited for me.
Why I love my job:
I love this job because of the people you get to work with every day. Whether it be clients for personal training sessions or a group of individuals for classes, it makes me happy to be able to help someone achieve their best standard of life possible.
Training Philosophy:
I love to work with clients who are motivated and ready for any challenge I set in front of them. This makes the experience a lot more enjoyable and it has a very positive impact on the result they achieve.
Experience:
I am a qualified personal trainer/fitness instructor from NCEF at the University of Limerick and specialize in strength and hypertrophy training.
Fun Fact:
I studied two courses in college: arts & equine science, before becoming a personal trainer. Third times a charm and better late than never!
