This is not your ordinary nutrition workshop. Your body is your friend, not your enemy. You are together until the end – stop being at war and learn to be good to yourself. This workshop will be:

The word “diet” originally came from the Greek work “diaita” meaning, “way of life.” But in today’s world that word has increasingly come to mean restriction, limitation and deprivation. “Nutrition” on the other hand, comes from the Latin word, meaning “nourish, feed.”
This 4 week workshop will help you to learn the Principles of Eating for Life: Balance, Reasonable, Tasty & Proper portions.
Each session will be an hour long. Every week will include 3 sample recipes to try at home and an individualised check-in email. The last week will be a trip to both a butcher and to Dunnes to learn to assess quality & ripeness and also learning to read labels to understand nutrients and portion sizes.
