I love the 9:30am class as it concentrates on weights and fitness work. The staff are extremely helpful and the atmosphere in the gym makes it such an enjoyable place to train

I started going to the gym because I was incredibly scrawny and wanted to put on some size, it went from being a hobby to being my whole week. It just wouldn't be right if I didn't train at least 5 times. TBB is without a doubt my favourite gym. I train a push/pull/legs split and try incorporate a bit of powerlifting

I absolutely love this gym!! The staff are brilliant, they are beyond supportive as well as being able to have a laugh with you at the same time! The classes here are excellent, so many different things to choose from and the staff always encourage you to push yourself when you are there, if it’s to lift a heavier weight or get in more reps, anything to get you to reach your goals, whatever they might be!
